Free Range, All Natural Pork

Our pork has been featured at local Sussex County restaurants
such as Nage and Tavern On The Circle.

Our hogs have full-time access to dirt and the outdoors.  We are
not certified organic, nor are the hogs fed a completely organic diet.
 But we are transitioning to non-GMO feeds and planning to have
them on a fully organic diet within the next year.  We do not use
antibiotics or synthetic supplements to enhance growth.  We use
herbal and homeopathic remedies as much as possible when the
pigs are sick or need maintenance treatments (worming or skin
care, etc).  Antibiotics are used only as a last resort when a sick or
injured pig does not respond to natural remedies.

Our meat is processed at a USDA inspected facility.  Our sausage
and scrapple contain no preservatives, and the individual cuts
contain no additives.  The meat is vaccuum packed in freezer-safe
shrink wrap.  Depending upon season and availability,  you can
purchase by the cut or put in bulk orders (starting at 25lbs going
up to whole hog).  We also periodically have barbeque hogs
available.  B
ulk orders require a $25 deposit (applied to balance
due and
refundable if given 1 week notice prior to processing date).
